| Rose and Radish General Order Information
Domestic Orders
Rose and Radish generally ships in-stock orders within
three business days unless a more expeditious shipping option is selected
during checkout. All orders placed online between Friday (after 1:00 pm PST)
and Monday will not ship until the following Tuesday. Transit times may vary
depending on location and shipping method chosen. If any items on your order
are out of stock, we will place the item on backorder and contact you as soon
as possible with an estimated ship date and any additional pricing
information. All orders ship with a pick/pack list enclosed, not an invoice.
Pick/pack lists do not contain pricing information.
Shipping Options
Rose and Radish offers several options for shipping via
UPS. When a delivery
option other than ground is selected, the order will be
shipped under the following guidelines. If the order is placed before 1:00 pm
(PST) Tuesday through Friday, it will ship the same day. Orders received
after 1:00 pm (PST) will ship on the next business day. Please keep in mind
that Rose and Radish is closed on Sunday and Monday. Therefore, no matter
which shipping method is chosen, orders placed online between Friday (after
1:00 pm PST) and Monday will not ship until Tuesday. Please be advised that
orders shipping per 2nd and 3rd Day delivery do not include the day you place
your order as part of the service.
Payments
All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at
the time of placement. Funds are collected separately, usually within 24
hours of placement of order. In the event of a backorder or other stock
availability issue, we will contact you via email before collecting funds.
After backorder expected delivery date has been determined, funds will be
collected in full.
International
Orders
We may request a photo ID if shipping and billing
addresses are different.

Privacy Policy
Rose and Radish does not ever sell your personal
information. We do not share your personal information with third parties
except to process your orders. Third parties must comply with our privacy
policy (i.e. they cannot sell or share this information.) Personal
information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as
processing a package shipped to your address.

Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit
or exchange ONLY. All returns must be approved by Rose and Radish. The item
must be returned in original and unused condition with original
manufacturer’s packaging. It must be well packed (additional packaging may be
necessary) and insured for the full amount. Shipping cost are non-refundable
and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
All special orders and sale items are non-refundable.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package
arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no
claims can be made after 48 hours. Call 415-864-4988 or email support@roseandradish.com for a
return authorization on damaged items.
