The Product
In a world of round-bottomed pots, the L-shaped bottom of the Milk Pot is not only eye-catching, but the product of Cristel’s technical innovation. The L-shaped edge is actually an extra envelope of metal that wraps the bottom of the pan, creating an additional barrier between your food and the heating element to protect food from burning and scalding. Shown above (on the bottom, pictured with the Double Boiler and 14cm Glass Lid), the Milk Pot is the ideal base for the Double Boiler, and has graduated markings to aid when measuring. Oven and dishwasher safe.
